SECRET WEAPONS OF YUMMINESS! // Mini Pecan Pies

Pecan Pie Filling:
⅓ C Karo Syrup
¼ C Brown Sugar
½ Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Egg
½ Tsp Vanilla
½ C Chopped Pecans
½ Tsp Cinnamon
& a pinch of Salt

You'll also need:
Pre-made pie crust dough
Chocolate chips

Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes (if baking in ramekins) or 20-25 minutes (if baking in a mini muffin pan)
