Emergency Travel Alert--Philippine Passport now Required [Avoid getting stuck in the Philippines]

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I'm getting a more consistent confirmation from the Philippine Consular offices that Advisory 30 posted in the Philippine Consulate (New York) website that requires Philippine Passport to exit the Philippines is NOT accurate, or NOT being enforced. If you are a dual citizen , just present your US Passport and Dual Citizenship Identification Certificate in lieu of Philippine Passport.
