FPS games: Your Default layer/profile handles your standard gameplay buttons and hipfire curve. Shift layer handles ADS curve.

Open-world RPGs: Normal layer is combat. Shift layer is your entire navigation suite — map, quest log, fast travel.

Streaming/content creators: Map media controls or app shortcuts to your shift layer for quick switching while gaming.
