Fossapup64 install to internal HD in UEFI

@puppy_BYTE shows how to install Fossapup64 to an internal HD in UEFI bios PC in 3 steps. 1. Create bootable USB stick. 2. Partition the internal HD. 3. Frugal install to the internal HD.
dd command may not work with other puppylinux iso. Once FP64 is installed into the HD, it is easy to add other puppy distros to the internal HD.

dd command: (other puppylinux iso may not work but works with FP64).
dd bs=4M if=path to fossapup64-9.5.iso of=/dev/sdX && sync
