Mindful Munch 53- From Polarities to Presence

Hello dear breather,
I'm still in awe from yesterday’s Breathwork and Kabblah workshop, and today’s Mindful Munch is deeply inspired by it.

In the physical world, we are always moving between opposites — expansion and contraction, light and dark, left and right, up and down… That’s the rhythm of embodied life.

But in our inner landscape, we’re offered a different possibility:
To meet whatever arises — even the constrictions or emotional "downs" — with acceptance, and to allow it to become part of our unfolding wholeness.
Not by resisting or fighting, but by feeling, softening, and allowing.

When we resist what is, we often get pulled under by strong emotions.
But with mindfulness, we create space in the mind and heart.
With breathwork, we soften the body and stay present through the waves.

🧘‍♀️ This is what we do in this practice — a short, gentle session to return to presence, acceptance, and the power to choose.
