The cutest pottery homestay near Saigon?!

This little hidden gem is the only pottery homestay in town, run by Yennie and her warm family. They once owned the biggest pottery factory in Vinh Long, which is why there are still ruins of kilns and collections of old statues/pots around the house.

At this homestay, you'll enjoy the tastiest Vietnamese meals cooked with love by her mom (seriously better than some restaurants we've tried!), learn more about the culture from Yennie's friends and their grandmas and stay in the most quaint place we've seen here. We love that the whole family and community is involved!

Working as a former tour guide in Saigon for 4 years, it changed the way Yennie viewed her own culture and realised there was so much to share about her hometown that travellers would love. She wanted to connect the real Mekong to those seeking the same, and share her community’s unique pottery heritage.

This is one of the most meaningful, intentional and well-thought experiences in Mekong and we really enjoyed ourselves here.
