Hunting for Agates Under Water! Wading through Fresh Runoff Water in Search of Agate, Jasper & More!

In this one, we hit the river at the very start of runoff. There is a very very short window before the moss and algae starts to grow where you can wade the river through crystal clear water and search for agates in freshly submerged gravel, and we just so happened to accidentally time it perfectly! We found some great agates, petrified wood, jaspers, and fossils! After our hunt, we head back to the shop to cut and polish our finds!
