I 3D Printed a TINY Working Car Hauler… and it Actually Tilts

Today we’re building a fully functional tilting car hauler trailer from scratch using a 3D print! This one turned into a super satisfying project with working suspension, custom deck boards, and a legit pivot system that actually functions like the real thing.

Had to get a little creative along the way… including turning a knife sharpener into a mini belt sander to make realistic wooden deck boards 👀

Finished it off with some clean paint, reflective details, and a proper hitch setup — and yeah… it actually works.

Definitely a few hiccups along the way, but that’s all part of the fun.
