Ebay USB Charger 5V 0.5A EU Plug for mobile phone - problem with cheap chinese charger

I bought this chinese USB charger on Ebay for 1.5 USD because I wanted a very slow charger to recharge my phone battery over night without much degradation.
The label is wrong. It says 1000 mAh when it is really 500 mAh and it doesn't stick to the schuko socket because is has a shorter plug pins.
An original Nokia charger fits the plug without any issue.
