As always, the clothes sent to me by Shein were a gift but I'm not being paid to promote them. I do think the quality has improved, but I can't really speak for their shipping / customer service (obviously they're great to me as I'm a youtuber but I don't know how they treat regular customers - could be exactly the same, could be very different). But yeah, the quality of these items is probably the best I've had from them so far, I would actually be happy if I had spent my own money on them!!
