icing sugar 50g/ 1/3cup
egg yolk 1
cake flour 150g / 1cup+1/3cup
walnuts 20g
cashew nut 20g
pistachio 20g
almond nibs 20g
cranberry 20g

Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 20-25 minutes

Mixed Nuts Almond Cookies
egg whites 1
caster sugar 40g / 3Tbsp
vanilla extract 1/2tsp
cake flour 17g / 1Tbsp
almond meal 33g / 2Tbsp
mixed nuts 50g

Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 20-25 minutes
