Upper Body Strength + ARM TONING Workout

This upper body strength workout is designed to create toned, lean arms and a strong upper body. We will be running through 3 strength circuits that each include 4 upper body exercises targeting the arms, shoulders, chest and back. Aaaaand we will be getting through 2 sets of each circuit. Grab those weights and follow along!
