Ann Wilson was diagnosed with cancer in 2024 but is cancer free today after successful surgery and chemotherapy.

During a 1980’s outdoor festival, heavy rains that had accumulated on a tarp over the band, had made the tarp to collapse on top of Heart’s drummer and bass player. Ann and Nancy had managed to get away in time.

In Atlantic City at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in May 2025, a thief snuck in before their show and stole custom built vintage instruments, including Nancy Wilson’s guitar, thankfully the police recovered them a few weeks later.

Ann Wilson is with Heart as lead vocalist since 1970 and her sister Nancy joined in 1974 as second vocalist and guitarist.

Some Heart songs are “Crazy On You”, “Barracuda”, “What About Love”, “All I Want To Do Is Make Love To You”, “ racy On You”, “Magic Man”, and many more.

Ann Wilson is 75 and Nancy is 72 years old.
