In this Asande Africa workout challenge, after every 1+ KM walk, perform 50 reps of a bodyweight exercise. You can complete all 50 reps continuously OR split them into sets of 10 or 15 reps until you reach 50. Then continue walking another 1+ KM before starting the next workout!
