The French classic sandwich croque monsieur is a classic for good reason! It's just the thing that appeases my sandwich cravings.

AND -- bonus! -- he also shows me a really unique twist on the classic: an version using traditionally Indian flavors. And honestly, they are both outstandingly delicious.
