After shooting shows put on by WCEC for 4 or 5 years, I finally made it to my first Appleton Takeover. Compared to their other shows, like the Season Opener, this one feels a lot more relaxed and laid-back, taking place in quaint Appleton Wisconsin, at the Timber Rattlers stadium. Especially this year, people were just thrilled to finally have an opportunity to show their cars and see old friends. Now let's hope I'll actually have my car done by the time Takeover comes around next year 🙄.
