News: अमेरिका में ट्रंप प्रशासन को H-1B वीजा को लेकर बड़ा झटका लगा है. बॉस्टन की एक अदालत ने नए H-1B आवेदनों पर 1 लाख डॉलर का अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगाने की योजना को गैरकानूनी करार देते हुए रद्द कर दिया है. अदालत ने कहा कि सरकार के पास इतनी बड़ी फीस लागू करने का अधिकार राष्ट्रपति के पास नहीं है... इसके लिए कांग्रेस की मंजूरी जरूरी होती है.---ये फैसला 20 डेमोक्रेटिक राज्यों के अटॉर्नी जनरल द्वारा दायर मुकदमे के बाद आया. ट्रंप प्रशासन ने पिछले साल सितंबर में इमिग्रेशन नियमों में सख्ती करते हुए H-1B वीजा के शुल्क में भारी बढ़ोतरी का प्रस्ताव रखा था...अब इस फैसले का भारतीय प्रोफेशनल्स पर बड़ा असर होगा।
