In Gym Rat, Josh stars as Lonnie Milsap, an ex-con consumed by fitness, ambition, and dangerous obsession as he chases dreams of becoming the next Mr. Olympia while navigating a world of steroids, manipulation, and redemption.

We’ll talk about the emotional and physical demands of bringing this complex character to life, the film’s timely themes of incarceration, rehabilitation, and steroid culture, and what drew Josh to this intense project.

Soap fans will also remember Josh from General Hospital, where he played Russell, the Australian guard who held Drew Cain captive.
