It was a pathetic situation on Sapele road around Dumez junction axis in Benin City as residents and occupants lamented massive destruction of their household items and property following the downpour that occurred on Friday evening, resulting in enormous flooding.

Kunle Alabi reports that the flooding obstructed movement and crippled business activities in the area.
