During Business Questions to the Leader of the House, Joy Morrissey MP asked Jacob Rees-Mogg MP to respond to the reversal of the BBC's decision to exclude lyrics from the song Rule Britannia in its Last Night at the Proms.
The Leader played the song to his fellow MPs in the Commons from his phone, resulting in laughter from his colleagues.
