How to replace a leaky water heater nipple fitting that is stuck.

In this video I attempt a DIY repair of a leaky water heater.
Parts Cost $30

Parts:
Replacement Nipple fitting with heat stopper (3/4")
Teflon Tape
True Blue thread sealant

Tools used:
18" Heavy Duty Pipe Wrench
Wide pipe wrench
Mallet
Drill
Allen Key any size of good thickness (will not be usable after use)
