Mr. Joshi has had a distinguished career in the Indian Telecom Service Cadre. He played a pivotal role as a founding team member at UIDAI, implementing the Aadhaar project across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Dadra Nagar Haveli, and Daman Diu. His efforts facilitated the use of Aadhaar for e-Governance and targeted service delivery.

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Joshi's expertise spans telecom traffic planning, data analytics, project implementation, and market strategies. He is an alumnus of Rajasthan Technical University, University of California Berkeley, and MDI Gurgaon. He also has Micromasters in Data, Economics and Development Policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge. His dedication to innovation and public service is truly inspiring.
