In Part 2 of "Feet Revived", the callused, cracked, and lichenified big toe is treated. After removal of the thick and disfigured skin, an ulcer is revealed on the bottom of the toe. Because the toe is swollen and reddened, infection is suspected. After debridement of the toe and wound, antibiotic ointment and a sterile bandage are applied. Oral antibiotics are prescribed, and home wound care nursing is ordered.
