Discover ALPIE Head Filling Machine SMART for filling phase 3 compost and casing soil onto mushroom shelves!

It is recommended for high-tech small mushroom farms with narrow filling spaces that want to obtain a high-quality growing bed and reduce labour costs.

The Head Filling Machine is fed by two conveyor belts respectively with compost and casing soil and it works jointly with a pulling winch to place the growing bed at the required shelf level.

The entire process is managed by a PLC and made automatic and fast thanks to an integrated control system of the auxiliary machines and to the presence of probes which control the machine working cycle.
