Find New Google Ads Markets with Claude | BlueAlpha Live Demo
Live walkthrough of the BlueAlpha geo-expansion-scout skill. Sixth tutorial in the series. The skill pulls your geographic performance data, classifies every market into Star - Volume - Opportunity - Drain tiers, scores expansion candidates by keyword volume and CPC, and produces a budget allocation plan with a 6-week test framework.
The biggest finding in this demo wasn't about expansion at all: at only 18.5% impression share and 52% lost to rank, the highest-ROI move was capturing more of the existing US demand, not entering new countries. The US was converting at nearly 2x the rate of any other market with the lowest CPA ($348), and there was 4-5x more demand available than the account was capturing.
Other findings: three drain markets (Canada, New Zealand, Ireland) bleeding ~$380/month with zero conversions across 90 days. Canada wasn't even a targeted geo -- it was leaking in via "interest" targeting. Germany ranked as the #1 expansion candidate with 590 avg monthly searches for MMM terms at CPCs 40-60% cheaper than Canada. The skill recommended a middle path: $170/day into the US, $30/day for a Germany test, and cut Ireland and New Zealand immediately.
