This is the 3 step breathing which we breath when we were child. You may see the child breathing, he/she have particular (less | deep) breath count per minute.
Whenever you feel down, you should listen to this music and start breath accordingly.
At 1, 2, 3 Breath In, at 5, 6 Breath Out- total 12 Breaths per minute.
(Breath in Love - Breath out forgiveness)
This breathing patterns should be followed for stress free life and beyond.
