LEARN HOW TO MAKE AN AMAZING LYCHEE COCONUT JELLY RECIPE TODAY!

LAY HO MA (how's it going in Cantonese)! Join me in this episode and learn how to easily make an incredible coconut lychee jelly recipe to enjoy today!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup lychee syrup
1/2 tbsp cane sugar
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
2 lychees

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add the coconut water, lychee syrup, cane sugar, and agar agar powder to a small saucepan. Heat on medium high for about 5-8mins or until it begins to bubble, stirring occasionally

2. Pour the mixture into a heat proof container (I used a container that was about 6x6 inches). Cut the lychees into small pieces and scatter them into the liquid. Refrigerate uncovered for about 2 hours

3. Carefully release the sides using a spatula, slice into individual squares or rectangles, and serve cold. Store refrigerated and enjoy for up to 2 weeks either by itself or chop them up and add to cold drinks
