Lucknow Judges Ride Bicycles to Court to Promote Fuel Saving & Green Awareness

In a unique environmental awareness initiative from Lucknow, over 50 judges and judicial officers cycled to court to promote fuel conservation and sustainable living.
The bicycle rally was flagged off from the Sessions House in Dalibagh by Rajesh Singh Chauhan, while District Judge Malkhan Singh led the campaign.
Officials said the initiative aims to spread awareness about rising fuel consumption, pollution and environmental responsibility at a time when concerns over petrol prices and climate issues are increasing.
The judiciary’s message through the campaign was simple and direct — “Save Petrol, Save the Environment.”
