Pray This Prayer Before You Sleep

Heavenly Father, As the night settles and the world grows quiet, I come before You with a heart open to Your peace. Thank You for walking with me through this day — for every moment of grace, every breath, every unseen mercy that carried me.
Lord, I lay down the weight of today. Every worry, every fear, every burden — I place them in Your hands. You are my refuge and my rest. Let Your presence fill this room like gentle light, calming my thoughts and healing my spirit.
Jesus, You are near to the weary. You restore what the day has drained. Touch my heart with Your love and renew my strength. Where there has been pain, bring comfort. Where there has been confusion, bring clarity. Where there has been sorrow, bring joy that rises with the morning.
Holy Spirit, breathe peace into my soul. Let Your whisper remind me that I am never alone — that even in silence, You are speaking hope. Cover me with Your protection tonight. Surround my home with Your angels. Let Your peace guard my mind and my dreams.
Father, I rest knowing You are faithful. I trust You with what I cannot control. I thank You for healing that flows through my body, peace that settles in my heart, and love that never fades.
As I close my eyes, I surrender all to You. Let Your presence be my comfort, Your love my blanket, and Your grace my rest.
