The Castlevania Game Boy games review! The Castlevania trilogy had shifted 3 million copies on the NES, and so when the Game Boy was announced, Konami decided their first game for Nintendo's handheld would be a Castlevania game.

Here is the next part in my Castlevania retrospective review. The Castlevania Game Boy trilogy of games. Both Castlevania The Adventure and Belmont's Revenge are on Castlevania Anniversary Collection for PC, PS4, Xbox & Switch. Castlevania Legends is only available for the Game Boy.

I think it's nice that Castlevania bookends the Game Boy. From one of the first Game Boy games to one of the last. While this little corner of the Castlevania series may not have had the lasting impact the console games did, Castlevania The Adventure is one of the best-selling games on the Game Boy and Belmont's Revenge is one of the highest-regarded.
