Sekisui House Australia Launches Waterstone in St Leonards South, Sydney

Sekisui House Australia has officially launched Waterstone, a 207-apartment project in Sydney’s emerging St Leonards South precinct, marking the developer’s first foray into the Lower North Shore market.

Originally designed by Koichi Takada Architects, with interiors by TURNER and landscaping by ASPECT Studios, Waterstone spans five buildings and includes a range of one- to four-bedroom apartments.

Peter Valleau, Project Director at Sekisui House Australia, said Waterstone reflects the developer’s global Satoyama design philosophy, emphasising harmony between nature and the built environment. Miguel Serrao, Associate at ASPECT Studios, and Darren Paul, Interiors at Turner, also contributed to the project’s focus on liveability, landscape integration, and timeless interior design.

Residents will have access to premium amenities including a heated pool and spa, co-working lounge, gym, sauna, and landscaped green spaces. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2025, with completion targeted for the end of 2027.
