3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
1 small egg
4 tbsp potato starch or cornstarch
5 cloves garlic, minced
Small red onion, chopped
2 stalks green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

7 Chicken drumsticks
Salt and pepper + garlic powder + paprika
1btbsp calamansi extract or lemon + 1 tbsp fish sauce
1 pack 62g crispy fry breading mix + 1/2 tsp five spice seasoning
Cooking oil for frying
