How to Make Temperature Controlled PWM Fan Controller Using Arduino and DHT11 Sensor
Learn How to Make Temperature Controlled PWM Fan Controller Using Arduino and DHT11 Sensor for electronics cooling!
In this project, we use an Arduino Nano, a DHT11 temperature sensor, and a 16x2 I2C LCD to create a PWM-based cooling system. The fan speed is automatically adjusted according to the temperature, ensuring your circuits and devices stay cool and protected.
We also measure the fan RPM using the tachometer wire and display temperature, duty cycle, and RPM on the LCD. This makes it a perfect DIY project for electronics cooling, enclosures, power supply systems, and Arduino enthusiasts.
✅ PWM fan control
✅ DHT11 temperature sensing
✅ Tachometer RPM monitoring
✅ LCD display interfacing with Arduino
