6.0 Powerstroke - Persistent Valve Cover Oil Leak Final Fix
6.0 Powerstroke - Persistent Valve Cover Oil Leak Final Fix
So even are the very detailed rebuild I still had an oil leak at the valve cover. All new gaskets, all the valve cover bolts have threads, and in the rocker box I fixed stripped out bolt holes. So there is no reason this stupid valve cover should be still leaking. I came up with a simple solution that didn't cost me any extra money and the valve cover doesn't leak anymore. Watch till the end to see what I did.
