Welcome to episode 2 of our FOOD and STREET FOOD series in Sri Lanka!!! Last episode, we took you on an ultimate food tour around the city of Colombo. This time, we are taking you for a SEAFOOD experience, eating some of the BEST crab in the whole country at the Ministry of Crab. This Sri Lankan food series would not be complete without a visit to this world-famous restaurant. Delicious and fresh lagoon crabs, oysters with special sauce, fresh king prawns and a dessert that isn’t even on the menu yet!

The Ministry of Crab is celebrated by the world as one of Asia’s Best Restaurants. Here, you can taste the Sri Lankan lagoon crab, often exported to other parts of the world. Their philosophy in cooking is what sets this restaurant apart from others, everything is caught fresh, local and is never frozen. Step back in time when you enter the restaurant as you are experiencing a major piece of history!
