Mercedes GL350 GL450 GLS550 X164 Air Suspension Airmatic Valve Block Issues
I often see the air hose from the air compressor filter broken before it goes into the Airmatic air compressor. This is especially true on GL and ML models. X164 and W164 chassis.
The life of the Airmatic air compressor is dramatically reduced if it's sucking in debris and moisture. Save yourself some money, check your air hose to make sure your air compressor is getting filtered intake air.
