How to Install and Access Jupyter Lab (Windows)

Just a quick 5-step on how to install and access Jupyter Lab via the Python pip installer on a Windows machine

You don't need to be a Python user to use Jupyter Lab - we're just relying on the Python package manager to facilitate the IDE installation.

`pip install jupyterlab` is the leanest install.

If you also want recommended additional components, you can instead specify `pip install jupyter jupyterlab`. The video uses the latter while the support slides present the "lean" install. Either works fine for the IDE.
