Motorbike Argues With Australian Police Uncut

Long story short, as I was exiting the local shopping center (which I never even parked in, just rode through without collecting a parking ticket at the boom gate) I pulled up next to a police van, who were also exiting the shopping center.

Since I didn't collect a parking ticket on the way In, I didn't have one to use on the way out. Bikes can just fit through the gap, so that's what we do.

Anyway, I was sort of hauling ass in the tunnel on the way out, so I probably sounded loud AF. So I exit through the shops knowing that I have no learner plates displayed on my back as required in Australia, and I knew if the cops were in the process of typing my registration details on their on-board computer, they'll probably end up pulling me over.

Mean while, this c63 amg, which I was sort of egging on in the car park, also emerged out of the shops. So i go behind him hoping the cops wouldn't follow us.

Regardless they end up pulling me over. When I greeted them, they were immediately hostile and cut throat. Their reasoning for pulling me over was regarding the ticket machine at the shopping center and honestly I've been told that shopping centers don't have the legal authority to fine you (I was told this by my high school teacher haha but I just said my friend who is a lawyer told me so to make my case look strong lol).

I could have possibly avoided the ticket regarding no learner plates which I assume they handed out because they wouldn't be able to fine me for the parking ticket and because I was protecting my rights.

They were also most likely more aggressive as I said I wanted to keep recording for my own safety.

I've got nothing against police officers but after being searched in public and harassed at random points during my life by police, you just get tired of it.

Plus I knew there was a good chance Id get fined so I was like the heck with it and lets get some good footage while were at it.
