Save Tallaght Post Office! Stop Privatisation! - 24/04/24 [Paul Murphy TD]

Unless we force An Post to pull back from its privatisation plan, the current post office at the Square in Tallaght will close.

It will be replaced by a smaller one at a different location, with less staff, counters and services. After that, it could go entirely.

We have to save our post office and stop privatisation for the good of our community and the workers.

Hundreds of privatised post offices have closed around the country in the last 5 years. We must stop this essential community service being privatised!

There are similar campaigns to save post offices in Phibsborough, Rathmines, Roscommon, New Ross, and in Tipperary
