Prashant has more than 20 years of corporate experience in pharmaceuticals industry, where he began his journey in frontline sales, moved to marketing and then into General management for the last decade.
His work sphere spans across all the top leading Indian MNC’s and a Spanish MNC over the last 26 years.

Prashant has completed two Post Graduate Programs in Marketing after a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology. A Visiting Faculty at one of India's top 10 Management Institute - NMIMS, Mumbai since 2017. An Internationally Certified Executive and Team coach by Marshall Goldsmith Coaching, the Global # 1 Executive Coaching Company. An internationally certified Global Leadership and Team Coach by the Global Coach Group. He is also a certified Global Leadership Assessment 360 Assessor by Marshall Goldsmith. He is a Grow More Coach, where he completed his training under the ICF mandated program.
He has been awarded as one of the ‘Top 100 Marketing Influencers in 2016’ recognized by the World Marketing Congress. He is a Member of the Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square.
He is a vibrant and impactful Speaker at various National Forums and Management Institutes in India sharing his experiences and learnings to the audiences that range from working professionals to students to faculties.
