Tally Prime में Profit & Loss Account को Capital Account में Transfer कैसे करें | Step-by-Step

Namaskar doston! Is video mein hum seekhenge Tally Prime mein Profit and Loss Account ka net profit ya loss ko Capital Account mein transfer karna. Year-end closing ke time, balance sheet mein P&L ka balance automatically show hota hai, lekin ise properly close karne ke liye hum Journal Voucher (F7) use karte hain.

Step-by-Step Process:

Tally Prime kholen aur Balance Sheet check karen - wahan Profit & Loss A/c ka amount dikhega (jaise net profit 15,000 Rs.).

Gateway of Tally - Accounting Vouchers - F7: Journal select karen.

Debit side pe Profit & Loss A/c select karke amount enter karen (agar profit hai to debit mein).

Credit side pe Capital Account select karke same amount daalen.

Narration mein likhen: "Profit & Loss A/c transfer to Capital A/c - Year End Adjustment".

Voucher save karen (Ctrl+A). Ab Balance Sheet mein P&L zero ho jayega aur Capital Account update ho jayega!

Ye entry proprietorship firm ke liye perfect hai, jahan profit directly owner's capital mein add hota hai. Agar company hai to Reserve & Surplus mein transfer karen. Important: Isse pehle outstanding expenses, depreciation jaise adjustments complete kar len! Is trick se audit time fast closing ho jayega.

Real Example: Maan lo P&L mein ₹50,000 profit hai - Journal entry: Dr. Profit & Loss A/c ₹50,000, Cr. Capital A/c ₹50,000. Balance sheet clean!
