1）把鸡肉斩块，加入2勺绍兴酒抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2）胡萝卜&青椒、洋葱切成小块，生姜切片，蒜对半切开，辣椒干剪段备用
3）热锅不用放油，把鸡肉炒至焦黄色出油取出
4）锅里有鸡油，放入葱姜蒜辣椒干爆香，再加入1勺仙女牌豆酱炒均匀，再下入鸡肉块继续翻炒
5）加入适量清水，没过鸡肉，盖上盖子焖2分钟，最后加入胡萝卜&青椒
6）快速翻炒均匀，就可以出锅了❤️
