Аэрофлот Flight 5143 Crash Animation and Analysis (With CC/Subtitles)

The third episode of the Forgotten Plane Crashes Analysis (FPC-A). Аэрофлот 5134 was a Tu-154-B originating from Karshi Airport to Pulkovo Airport, with a stopover at Ufa Airport. With 200 people on board, this remains as the deadliest crash in Soviet Union airline history. Upon ascent, the autopilot was commanded to be at its highest ascent capacity. Upon doing so, the plane started to show a stall, and was followed by the stall alarm blaring on. The autopilot was then assigned to descend, and descended 70 meters. A few minutes later, the pilots start to ascend again, triggering the stall alarm a second time. Thinking a compressor stall is happening, the pilots minimize the throttle, causing the plane to pitch down and descend. The yoke was assigned to ascend a third time, triggering the stall alarm. However, the stall alarm went off due to an exploded fuse from fatigue. After knowing the critical angle of attack of 34 degrees, the pilots pitched down the plane by 8 degrees. A few minutes have passed and after, the pilots had ascended again a fourth time and reached the climax to 20 degrees and made the plane roll between 45 degrees and 60 degrees and started to behave as something called a flat spin in which the plane does an uncommanded yaw. In this case, the flat spin was unrecoverable and everyone perished on board. Rest in peace to the deaths.

Also, new intro.
