💥Best 5 minute Downhill Quad Workout!

Eccentric strengthening is proven to strengthen legs for taking downhill impact BETTER! No gym and have a hill nearby? This is a great way to get those quadriceps ready for taking on your next downhill run! Use anything with wheels- a wagon is great using sandbags or cinder blocks..here I have a trash bin because it’s easy, everyone has one, and at my house its heavy! Plan to do this a few days away from your long run and start lighter for the first 2 weeks. 8 repetitions, 3 sets once a week! Be sure to load up enough weight that the last repetition feels hard!
