Is m&s rewards the worst credit card in the uk? Any rewards is better than no rewards, but a card marketed as rewarding yet being 5x worse than your average rewards card just doesn’t sit right with me, it’s that it’s marketed as being rewarding when it isn’t really, it would have utility if there was 0% fx fees when spending abroad, but there isn’t. Atleast beginner credit cards (ones with no rewards at all) have the utility of building up your credit score. If i were you, id try out an actual reward credit card, think american express or barclaycard. Not only that but the cherry ontop is m&s’s ‘loyalty’ sparks card system which gives back nothing to the customer whilst it tracks data similar to clubcard and nectar, to be it just seems like they’re rinsing the consumer for what they’re worth.
