1 cup milk powder
1 tsp maida (all-purpose flour)
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp ghee
½ cup milk (as needed for dough)
For syrup: 2.5 cups sugar + 1 cup water + pinch saffron + cardamom
🔥 Tips for Best Results:
Rest the dough for 10 mins before shaping.
Always fry on low flame for even golden color.
Dip hot gulab jamuns in warm syrup — not boiling hot!
