REAL-TIME CYBERATTACK REPLAY- UNDER ATTACK

This is not a simulation. This is real. The traffic comes from MACCDC 2012 — Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (netresec.com, March 24, 2013). Real students, real attackers, real network under real attack. 146,402 packets. 5 minutes. Peak traffic: 2,817 packets per second.
The TEP engine runs live — every decision computed in real time. Watch the engine panel: risk score, hidden debt, history coherence, and the gate that evaluates CONTRACT / WAIT / EXPAND at every step. Not which action is best. Whether any action is allowed at all.
When TEP returns WAIT, the system does not halt. It operates conservatively — admitting traffic, processing, protecting. WAIT means: no aggressive action is admissible right now. The gate closed early and kept the system protected throughout the attack.
Result: 90% fewer packet losses under active cyber attack. 116,157 packets saved.
This is not prediction. This is not optimisation. This is timing.
Math: Whitepaper compliant — 18 definitions, 5 lemmas, main theorem. Not approximate — exact. Patent US Provisional No. 63/989,303.
