The first episode features the incredible 3 Michelin-star restaurant SingleThread of Sonoma, CA, where they work hard to make what could be a daunting dining experience accessible to everyone.
In the second episode viewers are transported to the homeland of Cucina Italiana (Italian cuisine), Rome, where the world famous Rimessa Roscioli is located. Founder and head sommelier, Alessandro Pepe and co-founder and sommelier, Lindsay Gabbard, masterfully pair some of the world’s finest wines and spirits with the unmistakable cuisine of head chef, Tommaso Fratini.
