In this video, I completely rebuild the headlights on my BMW E39 (Project Black Pearl).

We replace:
- Headlight lenses
- Broken adjusters
- Upgrade to Morimoto Evo XR projectors

The difference is unreal — sharper cutoff, better output, and a much cleaner look.

This also marks the final video for Project Black Pearl… as the car was sold during filming.
