Has anybody ever been to a Van Halen concert? What is your favourite song?

Van Halen’s Controversies:
They start from clashing egos, extreme substance abuse, and intense personal conflicts that led to bitter public feuds and dramatic lineup changes across the different eras.

I didn’t realize till I researched this band, how much substance abuse affected these band members. Different musical directions, David Lee Roth was happy with things the way they were while Eddie wanted more production control in his 5150 studio.

I think what they did to Michael Anthony was degrading, after the time he put into that band. To demote their drummer to a hired hand just because he remained friends with Sammy Hagar is very childish and to drop him to a flat salary instead of an equal pay cut seems pretty greedy to me, just my opinion.
What do you think? The drummer was with them for 7 years.
